Very interesting~! I love Key Lime pie and have made plenty but unfortunately not fresh limes. Looks like I 'll have to travel down to KW and maybe find some conch limes...and sample some of these places! I have tried Kermit's and My Blue Heaven key lime pies. Did you determine the best "color" of a key lime pie? Some argue green; others yellow. Loved the article!!
